To cancel a session, send an email to hello@mindsurf.ai with the subject “CANCELLATION+SPECIALIST NAME” that explains the reasons for the cancellation and specifies the day and time of the session. To be entitled to a refund you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, the session will be charged and the reserved space will be lost.

For your payment to be transferable to your new session, you must request the change at least 48 hours in advance to notify the therapist in good time and share your available schedules with us.
Specialist have a tolerance time of 15 minutes. Out of respect for other patients, this time will not be replenished at the end of the session. If you don't connect after the 15-minute grace period, the consultation will be charged and will be considered lost.
That's right! You can schedule the day and time of your appointments in packages of 4 or 8 sessions. The payment for each one will be made automatically week by week, as you take them.
