Are you wondering how to schedule an appointment? Or what to do if you can't attend your session? These are some of the most common questions from our users. Below, you'll find the answers you need. We're here to help you every step of the way!

  • How to schedule a session? It's very simple. When you enter the profile of the specialist you want, you will find the button “Schedule an Appointment”. You will see the days and times available for your appointment. Once you have chosen the time, click “Schedule”.

  • How do I reschedule/cancel a session? You must send a WhatsApp message to the number+525532096403at least 24 hours in advance in order to coordinate it with the specialist.

  • Is there a tolerance for connecting to the session? Yes, the tolerance is 15 min for both parties.

  • What if my therapist doesn't connect? The specialist will reschedule the session by coordinating a new date and time.

  • What happens if I don't log in to my session? If you can't let us know in advance (24 hrs), unfortunately the session will be taken for granted, except in cases of emergency.
